I have a confession: I wasn’t always called The Little Pink Van. My real name used to be the 1958 “Modern”: I came into this world in 1958. The decade of conformity. Life was a lot more conservative (read: boring) back then. I had a family, spent my life laboring away to make everyone else happy. Filling everyone else’s cup before mine, never once paying attention to what made me happy. (Funnily enough, “filling up everyone’s cups” would soon become my greatest joy) From the time I was young, there was always a rebellious rule-breaker inside waiting to be set free.
