stihl chainsaw pull start problems, why wont my chainsaw pull start, what would cause a chainsaw not to start, why does my stihl chainsaw keep cutting out

1f0e8887fc I have a Stihl ms-250 saw with about 10 hrs. on it the pull rope has always been ... cold starting but sometime even hot restart is a problem,it will pull the start rope out ... Has anyone determined why the MS 250 chainsaw becomes hard
